How much capital do I need to get started?
Typical investments range from $60K–$140K depending on the deal. Our sweet spot is properties in the $250K–$500K range. During the session, we break down exactly how the numbers work so you can decide if it fits your situation.
Do I need real estate experience?
No. Many of our investors are first-time real estate investors. The RTO model is designed to be hands-off — we handle tenant finding, management, coaching, and the buyout process. You just need capital and a willingness to learn.
What happens if the tenant buyer doesn’t purchase?
You’re protected. Deposits and savings credits are non-refundable. You retain the property with equity built in, and you have multiple exit strategies: sell, re-rent, or re-run the RTO with a new tenant buyer. Historically, investors still come out ahead even in these scenarios.
Is this only for Ontario investors?
We work with investors across Canada. Our active deals span multiple provinces, and the session covers how the model works regardless of where you’re located.
